• No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for digital files once the file has been downloaded

• Payment terms (full or partial upfront) for services will be communicated before the project begins

• Service will typically commence only after initial payment is received

• By purchasing files on BookWiz's Gumroad page, you acknowledge that all product prices are listed in SGD but will be processed in USD by Gumroad at an exchange rate determined by Gumroad, which may fluctuate

• BookWiz is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during payment processing, including but not limited to currency conversion fees or bank charges applied by Gumroad or the customer’s payment provider

 

6. Personal Use & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deliverables are intended for personal or internal business use

• Redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse of templates or materials is not permitted

For web or custom projects, usage rights will be clarified per project.
